Owner Geoff Clayton began his long association with diesels when he served his five year apprenticeship in England 40 years ago and accumulated years of experience there as well as in Europe and the Middle East. Geoff has spent the last 25 years in New Zealand running workshops in Mt Eden and Ellerslie before moving to Allens Road in East Tamaki.

"I just don't believe you can be a specialist in both diesel and petrol at the same time with the technology that is around these days," says Geoff. "Sure you can service them, but when it comes to pinpoint specifics and solving more complicated problems you need a thorough understanding of the working of diesel engines."

Geoff, together with trusted staff Ken Davey, Craig Chatfield and administration manager Norma Kingdon cater for all diesel engines at their workshop at 67B Allens Road, East Tamaki.
